Voted Ireland’s Best New Festival, there are just 10 days and counting until the fun begins at the 2014 Longitude Festival in Dublin, Ireland!

Festival cover

With an extensive line-up, this year’s Longitude Festival – an open air event – promises to exceed the festival goers expectations.  Plan to be entertained! And to ensure you don’t miss a beat, look to purchase a 3-day ticket, for the best possible festival experience.

If you’re traveling from afar to attend the festival – and for those who want to enjoy the full 3-day experience – you may want to book a hotel from the 18th to the 20th of July, which is when the festival takes place. Affordable accommodations, in Dublin, are available from Hotel Direct. After a day of merry-making a good night’s rest at a nearby hotel will go far in maintaining your stamina for the full 3-day event!

With an awesome line-up of artists, festival goers will tune in to Massive Attack, Ben Howard, Disclosure, James Vincent McMorrow, Rudimental, Bastille, Haim, Bombay Bicycle Club, First Aid Kit, Chvrches, The 1975, Hozier, Icona Pop, Sam Smith, Bonobo, George Ezra, Banks, John Talabot, Julio Bashmore, Cyril Hah, Le Galaxie, and the list goes on and on. There will be artists to meet the creative and artistic expectations of everyone in attendance!

Festival line up

Leave the picnic basket and your favorite beverage of choice at home, because there is no outside food or drink allowed at the festival.  However, no worries, as there will be bars onsite, but be prepared to show your photo I.D. if you’re on the younger looking side.  And don’t worry about feeding your appetite, as there will be food services available as well.

Everything you need for an excellent festival experience will be waiting for you at the 2014 Longitude Festival!
