Toronto is a beautiful city in Canada and one of the most popular amongst visitors, due to the vast activities which can be experienced and enjoyed here.
If you are looking for some enjoyable ways to spend your time in Toronto, so you can try things you have never even thought of before, these tips should help ensure you get the most out of your time here.
Niagara Falls
You can’t possibly visit Toronto and not go out to visit Niagara Falls, you would forever regret it if you did. Niagara Falls offers some spectacular views with 750,000 gallons of water to be enjoyed as you look down at this popular tourist attraction. You can even go out on a helicopter to truly capture the essence of the views here. If you do one thing on your visit to Toronto, this should be it!

Indulge Your Taste buds
If you love your food and trying new cuisines, you will enjoy all the delicacies that Toronto has to offer. Whether you fancy sushi, pizza or simply want to refresh with some ice cream, you will find all you could possibly fantasize about in this city. One thing is for sure, you will never go hungry during a trip here!
Shop Till You Drop
There are plenty of shopping hotspots in Toronto, if you fancy indulging in some retail therapy during your visit. Yorkville is a shopping district with plenty of tempting stores to enjoy, but be prepared for your bank balance to take a hit here! All the glitz and glamour you could possibly want in your shopping excursion is there for the taking here, so grab your credit card and expect to shop till you drop!
Games Night
If you’re looking for new and interesting ways to spend your evening in Toronto, you may want to try your hand at some poker, as there are plenty of places here to do it. If you get bored you could always stay in and play cards with your friends, without taking the hit on your credit card, especially if you have already enjoyed a full day of shopping!
Stay Active
If you want to stay active during your trip to Toronto, why not take advantage of the opportunities to cycle and soak up some of the fantastic views. There are lots of bike lanes and flat roads to make cycling more accessible here and ideal even if you are relatively new to cycling. You can explore all the delights of the city during your cycling excursion. If you don’t have your own bike, don’t worry, as there are plenty of places to hire decent bikes.

Party Central
If you want to party, visit the Entertainment District in Toronto. You will find clubbers arriving in their droves here and plenty of different places to cater for all needs. Sip champagne, soak up the atmosphere and have the time of your life as you explore the party scene of the city.
It’s great that the Niagara Falls can be viewed from both sides. I can’t wait to shop till I drop in some of those quaint stores.

Something else I would add to your list is all the festivals in the spring and summer around the city. Nearly each unique neighbourhood has their own festival, along with other bigger city run events (Nuit Blanche, TIFF, Caribana, etc). I always love just going for a walk and then coming across something unexpected!
